Service #1 - Simple but Effective
Allow me to setup your space for visual appeal, ensuring everything is in its place. I will use what you have in your home, or buy what you need (customer budget) to ensure that your guests feel at home. A shiny, clean space is important. I will prepare your home completely. The guest just needs to arrive.
Service #3 - House Sitting
Often, clients are uncomfortable about leaving their home open to guests while vacationing or away; this service can provide you with an added level of security and a solution to insurance requirements. I can be your eyes and ears. If your valued space is large enough for a separate live-in area, I will house sit and ensure everything is looked after while you are away (pet sitting is negotiable). This could include weekly cleaning of the guest space, outdoor care, and basically taking care of your home/rental space, while providing your guests the privacy they need.
~This service can vary, depending on your needs; max house sitting: 2 months; additional months are negotiable~
Service #2 - The Before and After
Checking your guests in and reviewing the space, house rules (includes customer damage policies) , is very important. You can comfortably be away from your home, knowing I will be the face they meet. The cleaning before, during and after is paramount to a successfully managed property.

Service #4 - Breakfast
One of the many pleasures I have had as a Super Host is serving breakfast to my guests. Optional plant-based food, or all other healthy recipes and choices. I will independently cook on the premises. From an easy continental breakfast, to a buffet style hot breakfast. We can work out a menu and the timing. I will choose cost effective products to stay in line with your budget. This will effectively upscale your rental, thereby increasing your revenue.

Any of these services can be mixed and matched. You can decide what it is you don’t like to do, or what you can’t do and we will discuss where I fit into the picture. I in turn, will tailor your service(s) to suite you.
